Don't want the oven on..what else can I make?
On these really hot days, even with AC, I just don't want to turn the oven on. Ca you guys give me some ideas of what I can make for dinner?

Pulled pork in the crock pot. Put the pork on the bottom, cover with any kind of soda (I use mandarin orange seltzer since it has the least amount of sugar and leave the least amount of taste onto the pork), and cook for 3-4 hrs on high until done. Drain soda, pull the pork into shreads, and mix in BBQ sauce.

grilled chicken ceasar (or other dressing) salad
pasta
anything on the grill... we grill meat, fish, all veggies, everything we can when its too hot to cook inside!

You could do a cold appetizers for dinner night. Shrimp cocktail, brie and crackers, pears, etc.

I have been BBQing chicken breast and putting it over salad or rice. I cannot stand to put the oven on either!

Yup, this is definitely where the crockpot, GF grill, or outdoor grill really come in handy

Rotissary chicken - you can make a buffalo salad w/ blue cheese crumbles and hot sauce dressing.
