Salmon Burgers @ Costco
Anyone try these? They're in the frozen food section. I don't eat red meat at all and am not always in the mood for Turkey burgers, thought this might be a good alternative..but wondering if anyone has had them before. I've never had a salmon burger at all, but love salmon..
TIA!

Never had them from Costco but salmon burgers are really easy to make.
Next time you buy some for dinner get some extra. I use cooked salmon, an egg, breadcrumbs, grated garlic/onion, hebs (basil/oregano), S&P. Form into patties and pan fry in a little EVOO.

I LOVE them!!! I am not even the biggest salmon fan; I only tolerate it because I know it's good for me. These are awesome, not at all fishy. I've even gotten my 4 year old nephew hooked on them! Super easy and quick to heat up, they are great even just over a salad with some light honey mustard dressing.

I get the frozen ones from BJs and love them, I use my grill pan, 4 minutes each side, and they are done. Delicious!

My mom buys them all the time. They are really good! I have eaten them grilled (cooked like a hamburger) and they are delicious!

Re: Salmon Burgers @ Costco
We buy them all the time from Whole Foods/Trader Joe's for my oldest DD. She eats one maybe every other week. It's not her most favorite food, but SO good for her so she eats it (and she is a PICKY eater!). So they're not bad.
We just broil them in the oven-- they have their own natural oils that prevent sticking, etc.
