I'm exactly 39 weeks today.....yesterday I had my weekly dr. appt and had an internal and had a little spotting last night but thought nothing of it since that could happen following an internal....
but then today a few times when I went bathroom there was a clear/brown sticky mucusy gel like that came out.
is part of my mucus plug?
if it is -- any idea how long afterwards you might go into labor??
That's kinda what happened to me. I went to the dr. friday morning, he did an internal so i was bleeding a little & thought nothing of it but that night I became a mom! Not saying it will happen that quick but it is possible. I was 36 weeks & not prepared at all (barely had my hospital bag packed) but it all turned out ok.
