Pool pics
Thinking about getting a pool next summer. I am leaning towards a semi-inground pool. Anyone care to share pics of their pools.

We searched through pics of real estate listings-those books in supermrkets of in front of agencies-Home, etc.

Heres a pic of mine. Plain old 20x40. 3 1/2 feet & 8 feet
I recommend a salt water pool and gunite. IMO stay away from liners. I have had nothing but trouble!

if you go gunite be prepared to spend double. not too mention you need to get it marble dusted every few years.

Our pool was just put it. It's a true L with an expanded shallow end. So the shallow end of our pool is 16x32 (4 feet) and the deep (8 feet) end 20x16. It's concrete walls with poolcrete flooring (a mixture of concrete and sand).
Paver's will be done in the Spring because with all the excavation we want the sand and dirt to settle after a frost.

not sure you want to see my old, overgrown pool! LOL
this was froma few years ago...most of the bushes byt the deep end have been removed/cut back
There's a large circular patio by the steps.
