Pediatric Groups?

Anyone have any thoughts on pediatric groups rather than individual pediatricians?

Which option are you choosing for your Dc?

I grew up going to an individual practice as a child. I always liked having the same dr. I thought this was the route I would take.

But when I started to think about being a FTWM, I thought about the need for a pediatric group. They *usually* have better/longer hours. I figure if I have a scheduled "well" appt. I will make it with the same dr. everytime. Only if there is an emergency/last minute appt. would I possibly have to see another dr. Also, if it is a group I think they are more likely to have the capability to do bloodwork, different tests, etc. on site. I am meeting with one practice in a few weeks and will go from there.
