I think I jinxed myself
The other day I posted about how great I was feeling. Well today, it all caught up to me. My stomach is hurting so much from not being able to go to the bathroom, I feel weak and tired and my heart feels like it's racing. I just want to sit in a room by myself and cry. I can't take feeling like this

I'm guessing you mean #2? I find the more you thing about it and try, it gets worse. Go eat or drink something that makes it work and get involved in a task for a little while. Hopefully it will work for you!

Aside from Colace and Plum Juice, the best solution I had for the lack of #2 was DROWNING myself in water one morning. It was an unintentional solution... I drank about 50-60oz of water before 7am for blood work I was getting done. Next thing you know... after WEEKS of being in constipation pain... I couldn't run to the bathroom fast enough. It was a miracle and I felt SOOOOOO much better!
Good luck and feel better!
I now take Colace 3x/day and haven't had that constipation that I had early on. Hopefully it will pass for you!
