what else is menopur used for?
My insurance just informed me that "infertility" is not an acceptable dx for getting menopur thru DH's company's medical insurance! What else
would you use it for??? 
any idea how much menopur costs OOP? I'm sitting in the waiting room of dr. B's office & panicking as I'm supposed to start stims this week.  let's hope there's no blood pressure check @ this appointment!!!

I don't think it has any other uses!
It costs around $75 per vial I believe. I don't have my order slips anymore but we are OOP too.
