Diaper Question

I am only 5 months pregnant-but want to start stocking up on diapers. Has anyone tried store brand diapers, such as BJ'S or Kirkland? How do they compare. If you could also list your favorite diapers to use , it would be very helpful.

Congrats!!! I use BRU supreme so far they are really good. Its 10.99 for 82 diapers.

I've hard Kirkland wipes are good.

I often use CVS brand or White Cloud from Walmart.

I still swear by Pampers (Swaddlers and Cruisers), and another name brand I have used is Luvs. I hate Huggies!

As far as store brands, the only kind I've tried are CVS cradlers in Size 2. They are ok, but I'll probably go back to the Pampers once she is in a Size 3.

Before you stock up too much, keep in mind that different diapers work better on different babies... I use pampers. When I tried Huggies a few times her clothes were wet, the just didn't fit the shape of her quite right.

i have always used luvs and find them to be the best! They never leak like huggies and they fit better than pampers!

We liked Pampers Swaddlers and Luv's but DD outgrew them way before she reached the size allowance on the box! We bought BJ's brand and they are half the price of Pampers ($18.99 huge box) and work just as well if not better! Plus they send out $7.00 coupons which makes $11.99 for nearly 200 diapers We also use BJ's & or Costco wipes...

I wouldn't stock up just yet. You could have a big baby and need bigger than newborn size right off the bat. Or have a preemie and need smaller diapers. Plus, you don't yet know which brands will work best for you and your baby. I tried Pampers and they did not work as well on Jake as Huggies. I've been using Huggies ever since. But you'll see that every mommy has her preference. You won't know what yours will be until you go through some trial and error.

Best prices I've found for Huggies is at Costco.

Bj's wipes are the best- never tried the diapers.

pamper swaddlers were the best for us in the begginning.

We use Pampers (Swaddlers then Cruisers). I tried BRU brand, especially for baby and HATED them. Also didn't like Huggies. He always leaked with them.

For the wipes we use Pampers or Huggies wipes.

I personally don't like Huggies wipes. I've tried them all....

my faves are Luvs wipes (which I can't seem to find where I normally shop, but got a case at my shower) and the CVS Supremes. The CVS ones are SO soft!!

Another one I dislike ALOT are the Parent's Choice from Walmart....they were just ok...DH said they felt "rough" and didn't like using them on DD.

I LOVE Kirkland Signature wipes. So soft and I think it's a deal for the box of 808 wipes (10 packages) for 15.99.
As for diapers, I'm stuck. I feel too afraid to try anything other than the Pampers Swaddlers because they work so well. I buy the big box of 214 at BRU for 34.99, plus I always use a coupon and starting next week they have the 5 dollar off coupons for diapers, so I will probably buy a couple of cases since she won't be outgrowing them anytime soon.
I curious to try CVS brand, though because everyone I know raves about them.

I use the Kirkland wipes too.

We also get the diapers at Costco, they are $29.99 for 248 and I've had no problems so far. One box lasts about a month.

I have tried the walmart brand - white cloud and they are great. I usually use Huggies , thats our fsvorite but the white clouds are very similiar.
