HELP-Prenatal Vitamins
Hi Ladies This is my 2nd pregnancy....im 14 1/2 weeks and have been over morning sickness for 2 weeks now. With my DD i had to take chewable vitamins at night and felt ok with them. This time around I have not been able to even take the chewables. I tried now since Ive been feeling better and even the smell of them or putting one in my mouth makes me gag and throw up (TMI..Sorry)
I dont know what to do and feel TERRIBLE about not taking vitamins. What do i do?
Thanks

Re: HELP-Prenatal Vitamins
Try taking them at night w/some food, even if you just have a few saltines. If you still can't keep them down, talk to your doctor and see if there are any other alternatives. My doc told me that, if nothing else, try to take the DHA every day. You could also try another brand.

Re: HELP-Prenatal Vitamins
I have been taking gummy chewable prenatals from Target. I take them at night. I was worried about prenatals because even before I was pregnant regular vitamins would make me nauseous. Check with your doc and they might be easier to take because they taste like candy.
