There has to be someone on LI that has emergency hours - I wish I could help you but we have the same problem - except we have a 1 year old in the house. Apple air came yesterday to fix it and it is not fixed and actually hotter than it was and of course they do not have weekend hours. I dont get it - Its their busy time. How can you not have weekend hours??
