Give me a good side dish recipe to go along with this grilled chicken
I'm marinating chicken in soy sauce, garlic, and pineapple chunks and then grilling it (its DELISH!) but I need a good side dish to go along with it. I'll be picking up corn on the cob to go with it too but I feel like I need something else. Any ideas?

You've got corn for the side - I'd just do a big salad on the side.

You can do something simple like steamed green beans or snap peas in butter sauce
Roasted/Grilled Mixed Veggies like peppers, onions, carrots, zucchinis
