Can you recommend a space planning site?
I am trying to figure out for DH's sake (to do the cable work) which wall we il use in our addition as the tv/media wall. I am having a hard time figuring out furniture placement.
Room is 19x15 and we want to use half for a family room space, and have an eating area in there (it's off the kitchen).

Re: Can you recommend a space planning site?
If we were to use the extension off the LR, I was going to do this.
Left wall left of extension (view from inside the house and looking toward the extension) without windows for TV/wall mount TV. Windows on facing wall (long wall) Right wall sliding door to go to patio (behind in my bedroom wall)
I have a sectional. It was going to have it face the left wall to open up to the now LR which would have been the DR
How can I make a drawing and post it here???

Re: Can you recommend a space planning site?
Debating between space to the left of when you walk in to the room, and far left wall (15 ft wall). Also can't decide if I'll have a couch going through middle of room to section off, or leave it open. Not sure if it will be too tight which is why I want some site to put in dimensions and see it better.
Right side wall is for doors to patio.
Right when you enter will be the kitchen table (rectangle).
I don't have a sectional yet - waiting til my leather couches are fully destroyed by toddlers before i replace 'em. But that's the plan.

Where the LR room is now, it would have become the DR.
So for us the far left wall (the addition) would have been the TV wall.
