measuring for bra size...

so I just found the instructions and my measuring tape...

but my question is...Do i wear a bra while i measure???

my bras dont fit so i don't know if wearing one will be an accurate measurement, but i feel like with them out flopping around it wouldn't be right either!!!


anyone know the right way? braless or not?
