Need New Lunch Ideas

DH has been eating sandwiches for years for lunch at work (except Fridays, when he goes out with coworkers). Lately, he's still buying the sandwich rolls, meats, and cheeses, but hasn't been eating them, and has been taking snacks instead and then is very hungry when he gets home. He has finally said that he is sick of sandwiches. So now, I offered to make meals ahead of time (somewhat like leftovers) so he can bring them for lunch, but can't think of what to make. He only has a microwave at work and is picky about food. He eats mainly meat, cheese, and carbs. Any ideas on reheatable meals???

I've already thought of:

Chili
Pasta (like ziti, or with vodka sauce, etc)
Antipasto Salad (salds consist of lettuce for him with the meats and cheeses in antipasto)

Any and all ideas will be greatly appreciated!!!!!

-Grilled chicken and rice
-taco meat, put cheese on it and he can heat it then put on a tortilla
-loaded baked potato
-leftovers from dinner

ETA:
-leftover BBQ chicken
-egg/tuna/chicken salad
-pasta with pesto sauce
-pasta salad with chuncks of mozz or provolone and the italian cold cuts he likes
-chicken cutlets (breaded, maybe even make a different sandwich with that?)
-bagels with flavored cream cheese

Great ideas!

Chicken and rice will work if I make it buffalo style!
The taco idea is awesome!
There usually aren't too many leftovers from dinner and he usually likes leftovers in the toaster oven (yes, a big toaster oven fan)

Lasagna
Enchiladas

quesadillas with various fillings
arroz con pollo (has chicken, rice, peas, etc)
what if you vary up the sandwiches? grilled chicken inside with lettuce, tomato, craisins, goat cheese?
chicken drumsticks or thighs with BBQ sauce and rice
pasta with meat sauce
penne a la vodka with pancetta and peas
baked ziti with meatsauce
meatball hero with melted mozzarella (let him make it at work so the bread doesn't get soggy)

Because I can't eat what DH eats I make an entire dish just for him, he gets 2-3 meals out of it.
I make lasagna & cut it up in individual portions and freeze (vacuum sealer is great for this)
Peas & macaroni
Spaghetti w/ meatballs
Soups (minestrone, pasta e fagioli, chicken soup)
Chicken dishes with rice, they reheat well in microwave
Pot roast
Salads (with sliced steak or chicken)
Pulled pork with rice & veggie
Sweet barbacoa pork with arroz congri (cuban style rice & beans)
Southwest chicken
Fajitas

Basically anything that he would eat for dinner I send with him to work. He is very picky as well which makes it difficult, not to mention making entirely seperate meals for him.
