Need an easy birthday dessert recipe for tonight
I don't have a lot of time today so I'd prefer something I can make quickly. I don't want to do cookies and I don't want to do anything with fruit (we just did that). Thanks!

I made delicious homemade funfetti cupcakes with vanilla buttercream the other day from How Sweet It Is (blog). I can give you the recipe for that if you want.
Oreo truffles are really easy, you can make the balls in less than 10 minutes then you just need to freeze 1 hour and dip in chocolate (if you use the baker's bars, they dry really quickly or you can speed up the process in the freezer).

What about oreo brownies?
Mini cheesecakes are really easy to prepare, just need cooling time!

Thanks ladies. Forgot to mention that I am too lazy to go back out so I need to make something with stuff I have here (no Oreos OR ice cream  ). I decided to do good old Hershey's chocolate cake with cream cheese chocolate frosting. Got the frosting recipe from the back of the confectioner's sugar box .
O - I am definitely going to make ice cream sandwiches with the Vans mini waffles I get for the boys! Great idea.
