I only do it once a week and a few times have had to cancel a week.
I don't know if it helps me or not because I started it months before starting treatment, so my lining has always looked good.

Absolutely!! I only did/do once per week as per my accupuncturist request. The only time I did more then once per week was right before my fresh transfer b/c it wasn't as easy to plan ahead.

I have don acupuncture for years and I only go once a week. The only time I did 2x was right before the ER and ET. It is really worth it even if you go 1x a week.

ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT. i only went 1x a week during my IVF and my lining was the best its ever been. if you do IVF def go the day before the ER and ET if you can. for IUI at least try to go around trigger time and around implantation time. good luck!

I think it is worth it. It has a cumulative effect once you start doing it . . .going once per week is better than nothing.
ETA: I think on the TTC board, I read about someone going to acupuncture at an acupuncture school for about $25 per session. I don't know much about it beyond that, but if money is the concern, it might be something worth looking into!
