Anyone Ever Buy a Steak From Target?
If so, was it horrific? I just bought a London Broil and was wondering!

Also, can anyone give me any good ways in the oven, basically a recipe to cook a just under 2lbs. London Broil? I am TERRIBLE at cooking steak.

I marinate mine in Italian dressing and then I broil it in my toaster oven. So easy and yummy.

I have never bought from there but usually with a london broil I marinate in either italian or caesar salad dressing, for at least overnight so it really gets in there.
And we bbq it to medium rare.

Hi,
In your toaster oven? I never heard of that. How long would it take on Broil in a toaster oven if it's 2lbs? You just put it on aluminum foil?
