Moms! Help me find something like this please!
I LOVE my Vera Bradley Backsack, but they don't make this style bag anymore and mine has seen better days. I use it as my pocketbook and it is fantastic for me to have two hands free to hang onto my kids.
Please help me find some kind of backpack/pocketbook in fabric. Where else can I look for under $50?

ETA: Yes, it's a year later and I am still looking for something like this!! VB came out with a new one that I ran to get, but it is smaller than the old one 
Anyone have new suggestions??

Have you tried to find the retired style on ebay?
Also..vera makes another backpack, though it is more than $50, the sale colors are $65...so not too bad.

yes, I look on eBay all the time, but they get to be over $50 for a used bag. I can't see spending that much when I bought mine new for only like $42.
I don't love the other style backpack because I feel like it looks like a backpack, KWIM? I prefer the other style. But THANK YOU for helping

It's not a backpack, but it has a nice long strap that I cross over my body.

This is going to sound weird, but I was perusing the aisles of CVS the other day looking for some summer things, and I saw fabric knapsack bags like the VB one you have! They look like total knock offs, right down the the designs...

So funny- I have an ancient Old Navy fabric backpack that I love and I have been looking for a new one as well. I agree that with little ones, it is great!
Do an amazon search for: drawstring backpack Jenzys
Some of the patterns are a bit juvenile, but maybe you will find something that works!
