In the middle of so much work right now! updated 11-8
Yard: tress have been removed or trimmed. waiting to purchase property from neighbor, have trees removed from that area, have property re-graded with new retaining walls, new patios and pavers, new pool area and fences. Roof is already done and siding and gutters will be started shortly.
Then inside: we just replaced all 1st floor windows. Installing sliding door to outside this week. Adding a doorway between 2 rooms. Kitchen cabinets are ordered. New floor tile is picked out for kitchen, entryway and mudroom. New window (previously was no window there) added to formal living room. Wallpaper being removed in there. Then painting for the formal LR, kitchen, EIK area.
Yes this is all going on at once and YES WE ARE CRAZY! 
Update 11/8!!!
Yard:

Kitchen Granite is coming today. We ordered the backsplash tile yesterday. Ordering EIK furniture today. Got part of the new LR furniture from Bassett and will be ordering the rest soon when we can make up our minds!

OMG, that is insane. 
Are you living in the house while all of this is going on?
And you have 3 babies?
I think you are my hero.
My basement is being remodeled by DH's friend and we are going on month #7 and I am LOSING it, and it isn't even my main living space.
I hope you post before and after pics!

YIKES!!!!! This sounds like our house right now! New windows, new doors, new siding, re-doing screened porch, re-doing kids bedrooms.....everywhere I turn there is a shutter, a saw, crown molding, paint cans.....
All I can say is that the finished product will be worth it and our houses will be beautiful!!!!!!!!

Yes, all at once while we live here! Its not bad, we live ina colonial so the whole upstairs is already done... and on the main floor we have a 'great room' that is not being touched right now, and then we have the whole basement (playroom).
Beth- you probably saw some of the mess when you came by the other day.
The outside is embarassing bc I feel its looked in shambles since we moved in which is now almost a year. Can't wait to have some after pictures.

its not that bad!!!! My DH commented...."they look like theyre in the same boat as we are!" we can definitely relate....
right now i have about 10 huge piles of cedar shingles all around the house....i just ignore it 
ps my dd loves the bumbo!!!!

Holy Moly! We re-did our main bathroom over the winter and I was losing it! It didn't help that I was majorly preggo and had to walk down 2 flights of steps to the bathroom in the middle of the night!
ps-I didn't think that you're house appeared to be under that much construction at all!
