could that possibly be the cause of the NOT so much fun pains I get right under my boobs in the rib area??? I'm only just about 10 weeks so I'm nowhere near feeling rib pain from the baby pushing everything up I'm sure...
I get crazy tension/uncomfortable pain in there that feels like it won't go away, like EVERY DAY...but only in the evening...
if that's what I'm expereincing, then YES!!!! 100x YES!!!

that was one of my worst early pg symptoms.
I know this sounds weird and your DH will likely laugh @ you if he catches you doing it, but get on your hands and knees and rock forwards/backwards, then lay flat on the floor or bed and do some log rolls, side to side. The multi-directional movement breaks up the gas better than gasX or anything else I tried. I had NO IDEA built up gas could hurt so badly until I experience it.

So funny that u say this. Just today I was telling DH that I've been having the WORST gas pains. Low in my belly and it hurts to walk sometimes!
