Where do you keep your "everyday" shoes?
Where do you keep the shoes, sneakers, sandals, etc. that your family wear on a daily basis? My kitchen floor is a mess of scattered footwear and I would really like to have it organized, yet accessible.

I'm like Mr Rogers, I have different shoes I change in and out of during the day LOL. So we have a shoe cubby cabinet DH built that looks like our kitchen cabinets that is next to our backdoor which is in the kitchen. We also have a space under our stairs near our front door where DH keeps his everyday shoes.

it's just DH & myself; we keep our shoes upstairs-some end up under his side of the bed; but i try to put them all on the shoe rack in our closet.

Me, Dh and 3 kids=a LOT of shoes. I have a wooden cubby near the front door with canvas cubes that slide in. Not beautiful but it works

same here.. i would never think to put shoes anywhere else.. i guess my parents drilled that into me. shoes always in the bedroom closet!

i usually leave the 1 pair i am wearing that day (flip flops usually) by the front dooe or right in the hall closet.
DH takes his ofd and puts them right up in our bedroom.
the kids keep whatever pair they are wearing that day on the steps.
LOL....we are a mess! my foyer is too small for something to go there and my kids would just make a disaster out of it!

something similar to this. I have different (yet similar) cushions and baskets...
Bought it from JCP 4 years ago.
One basket is for my DH, one for me, and 1 for my kiddies!

I have an entry bench similar to what Katie posted above. I got it from Crate and Barrel. It has only 2 cubes because of space constraints. The inserts I purchased from Target and they fit perfectly. I had cushions made from fabric I purchased at Crate and Barrel.bench

Thanks for posting this. I have space constraints as well and this would fit perfectly. I just wonder if it is true white or like the pottery barn white.
