Anyone Gutsy enough to...
Get a Light colored stroller?!
I'm talking Light beige kinda light. I want it so badly but am terrified to get it be of the dirt stigma. Its between the Uppa in Cole Slate OR Lindsey Wheat... I love the Lindsey!!! Plus good neutral color! Anyone else get a light stroller and it lived to tell the tale lol
This is my "tough" decision Image Attachment(s):

Re: Anyone Gutsy enough to...
We ended up with Cole Slate, but originally I set on the Lindsay Wheat (based on pictures). When I register DH and I both changed our minds on the color it was a lot lighter than I liked.

I'm pretty sure we're going with the light color of the City Mini Double. Its a little darker in person then in the pic, but definitely light!

I liked the wheat color too but I ended up getting the silver. Is that any better? Probably not but time will tell I guess.

We have the City Mini stroller in Stone.
The salesperson said it's a good idea since when you go to a place with stroller parking or whatever, it will be easier to spot our stroller than the 18 million black ones parked. Image Attachment(s):

Re: Anyone Gutsy enough to...
I just got the Uppa Baby in wheat. I fell in love with it at the store. We don't know the sex of our baby so it is the perfect color. As far as it being too light of a color...we'll see! I am a first time mom!!

Re: Anyone Gutsy enough to...
I dont have this carriage, but my carriage is similarly light in color. I havent used it yet, but I am not the type of person to let something sit dirty, so I will spot clean it as needed. I am sure if you really want it and don't mind keeping on top of it, it will be fine! I went with the color I did to keep it neutral too!

Re: Anyone Gutsy enough to...
I'm probably going with the wheat! I can't help it I love it! Seems so silly that this is one of my biggest hang ups but I have little control over much else, and this is a distraction I suppose. Thanks for all the input ladies!!

Re: Anyone Gutsy enough to...
DH and I registered for the Maclaren in a light blue and didn't realize it until we were in the store yesterday. I said to him what were we thinking? It's probably going to get filthy. Someone already bought it but we are most likely going to change the color. I say if you really like the color, go for it but keep in mind it will get dirty and will need lots of washing and it might get spots that won't come out.
