what's next for testing? UPDATE
The doc said if i dont get pregnant in the next 2 cycles we start looking into other issues- tube or sperm issues. Anyone know what kind of tests would be involved in that? We already know I have PCOS (which according to recent bloodwork seems to be improving with medication) and the unofficial SA from the IUIs show a good count.
UPDATE
My doc is so easy! Love him!!
Next step is an HSG and a SA . And we're not waiting for two more BFNs to do it!!! Will start asap!!

They would do an "official" SA where he brings his sperm to the lab and they do an analysis... and for you I'm guessing he means the test where they check your tubes with a dye to see if there are any blockages.  Hopefully it doesn't come to either of things, but neither of them are a big deal. Also, I have heard stories that after ladies have gotten their tubes checked, they get pregnant soon after because clears the passage (ummm .. don't quote me on that.. its just some stories I heard!!)
Remember, all these tests are to help get to the bottom of whatever is preventing a bfp!!

Im so glad he told me that they would start testing after 3 cycles. I'm glad he doesnt want to waste any time. Also, he said we can consider IVF at that point
Just wondering, I've heard that about the tubes as well- wouldnt they somehow know something about my tubes already? They did a saline ultrasound already, and it was all clear.

I kinda wondered that too. I will ask him.
I am doing femara this cycle. I had left over corpus luteum so I couldnt do the injectibles. I hope it works since I didnt respond to only femara last time.
