Instead of cheesecake stuffed strawberries...
I was thinking, wouldn't it be delicious to stuff the strawberries with cannoli filling?  
I'm planning on attempting to make cannoli shells and filling sometime this week and I thought that would be a great idea for the extra filling!

yes! i just made the cheesecake stuffed strawberries and i wasnt really all that impressed..
i thought the cheesecake part was lacking.it needed to be thicker and tastier which is why i thought that a cannoli filling would be better..
great minds think alike!

I made some with cannoli cream and some with cheesecake last week and both were fantastic!
They were a huge hit!
