I'm sooooo not ready for this ......
Round 2 officially starts with Lovenox tomorrow morning.
The only pregnancies I have to go based on is the one that ended tragically at 17wks.... the one that lasted a few hours ....... and the one with three heartbeats that lasted about 8wks.
I'm just not excited AT ALL for tomorrow to get here and I feel like this cycle is just going through the motions before either a BFN or the most likely scenario .. another loss.
On the plus side, I don't think a loss will come as such a shock to me next time because I'm sort of expecting it.
I know how this sounds .. and I always prided myself in my ability to be positive despite the sky falling around me .. but I just can't anymore. The scenario that will surprise me most is if I come out of this cycle in 9 months with a living, breathing, healthy baby. Honestly, with this mindset I don't even know why I'm even bothering.

I am praying for you. Take this vacation as way of extra relaxation. I am getting ready to start a new cycle soon..skipping to IVF no IUI...so know that I am praying for both of us and the entire board!

you know how you said...you wonder why you even bother?
i have been thinking about this alot lately.
when i got pg the second time and it kept going well...i thought for the first time in my life....a miracle is going to happen (besides finding dh that is)
i have been told my chances due to my eggs are slim to none so i felt sooo blessed kwim?
now that its over..........and i am about to turn 36 next week ...i feel that it was my one real chance.
i kinda feel that i will get pg again.....but that something almost definately will go wrong.
i try to say to myself....babies are amazing...but they grow up and get snotty and annoying. this is me trying to convince myself that being child free will be fine!
but i cant totally convince myself.
i think the why bother for me is........ I KNOW that if i dont keep trying...that 2 years from now ...or 20......... i will regret not continueing to try and that it will haunt me.
so just like breathing....for now.....i have no choice but to go on.

 I knew you would be able to relate.. that's exactly how I feel. I told my DH earlier that I'd like to ask Dr.B who I can use besides Dr.Pilliterri for my next d&c since I wasn't at all happy with him last time ....... Is this seriously my attitude?!  My dh says Dr.B will refuse to have that conversation with me and he will be right!!
Although.. I really am tempted to ask.. since I really didn't like pillterri at all and I'd rather plan in advance 
I can't believe this is what its come to

The fact that you took the initiative to go on makes you more ready than you think. You are one tough cookie, and when you hold that little baby in your arms - EVERYTHING that you experienced will make it worth it. I'm telling you from experience! Good luck to you!

Thank you so much ladies
I'm trying to gear up .. even went out at close to midnight to get icecream with my dh. I told him hopefully in a year from now we won't be able to just randomly pick up and go for stuff like that since I hope by then to have 3 month old (or 2  )
I'm just trying to remember that despite the outcome of ALL our previous cycles, this time we have as good a chance as any- if not, even better, because we are solving issues we didn't know existed in past cycles.
