Weekly menu - 7/3
I'll start since I'm up early 
Sunday - grilled chicken parts (whole chicken butchered), potato salad w/ bacon & scallions, grilled asparagus
Monday - spinach dip & crudite
fresh mozz & roasted red peppers w/homemade garlic crostini
grilled prosciutto wrapped shrimp skewers
flank steak
black bean & corn salad
potato salad again
Tuesday - quesadillas with leftover chicken/steak and corn salad
Wednesday - appetizer night - homemade pigs in a blanket, spinach/artichoke pinwheels plus one other app that I haven't decided on yet
Thursday - sushi
Friday - spinach lasagna, garlic bread
Saturday - out

Saturday - we ordered sushi
Sunday - burgers with or without cheese & jalapeno, corn on the cob, fries & onion rings & chocolate marshmallow milkshakes
Monday - mustard roasted chicken drumsticks with parmesan potatoes and burnt broccoli
Tuesday - Carolyn's spinach & mushroom baked ziti with side salad and maybe garlic bread
Wednesday - My mom's cooking
Thursday - working late, ordering food at work
I also made danishes (short cut way!) and homemade pop tarts and we're going to try to make cannolis sometime this week too!

Sunday - TBD, looking for a slow cooker recipe maybe
Monday - out with family
Tuesday - BBQ turkey burgers, baked beans, sauteed spinach
Wednesday - chicken palliard, salad, honey carrots, steamed broccoli
Thursday - Tuna Steaks, stir fried veggies, brown rice
Friday - Chicken Marsala with pasta
Saturday - out

Monday: Pork Milanese, Corn Salad, Old Fashioned Green Beans
Tuesday: Fried Chicken, Sweet Tea, Biscuits, Green beans Salad
Wednesday: Sloppy Joes, German Potato Salad, Grilled Veggie Skewers
Thursday: I'm in the city most of the day.. so at night it's Catcher's Catch Can!
Friday: Grilled Tuna steaks with wasabi butter, Wild Rice, Spinach Salad with ginger soy dressing.
Saturday.. not sure yet!

Sunday: We're having a small gtg today with just us and the boys and my parents, sister & her BF
Watermelon-summer-salad This is basically my recipe, only no olives and I use lemon juice instead of lime
skinnytaste black-bean-avocado-cucumber-and-tomato
Onion Dip and Veggies/Chips
Arugula Salad
Cole Slaw
Potato Salad
Sauteed onions for the hotdogs
BBQ:
Hamburgers
Hotdogs
Chicken
Corn on the Cob
Baked beans
Dessert:
Pink-lemonade-cupcakes
Chessescake stuffed Strawberries
Monday: BBQ Steak, Chickpea Salad, & leftover salads from Sunday
Tues: Pasta with Rojerono's Summer Sauce and Spiral Sausage
Wed: Steak Fajitas with a garden salad
Thurs: Baked Founder, Brown Rice Pilaf with peas and mushrooms, and homemade dill sauce and tartar
Fri: Pizza/leftovers

Sun: Empanadas with homemade guacamole and salsa.
Mon: Bobby Flay's Dallas Burgers with macaroni salad and a homemade chocolate pudding pie with Bobby Flay's fluffy whipped cream.
Tues: Penne Alla Vodka with garlic bread
Wed: Taco Meat with a bunch of sides including cheese, peppers, salsa, sour cream, guacamole, nacho chips, etc.
Thurs: Breakfast for dinner, probably breakfast sausages and omelets.
Fri: Hopefully, eggplant parm w/spaghetti
Sat: Still TBD!

Monday- marinated grilled skirt steak, bbq chicken legs, corn on the cob and a salad
Tuesday- garlic lime marinated pork chops with cilantro lime brown rice and grilled zucchini
Wednesday- chicken carbonara with linguini
Thursday- sloppy joes, broccoli and carrot cole slaw- maybe roasted potato wedges
Friday- leftovers!
Saturday-grilled salmon burgers and a tomato and cucumber salad

Wednesday-I'm being taped for a local online cooking segment, so I'm making my Jack Daniels BBQ ribs with Italian seasoning and corn bread, so we'll be eating that.
Thursday-out to Prime
Friday-Dinner with friends in the city

This is super duper late since my cooking week runs from Thursday - Wednesday, but this is what happened up until yesterday:
Thursday: Thai Beef Green Curry (with asian veggies) and Jasmine Rice
Friday - Monday: Away for my wedding anniversary!
Tuesday: KFC  Too tired to cook and did not go grocery shopping before I left for my trip.
Wednesday: Egg and Szechuan Veggie Scramble, Masala Beef Patties, and Rice

Sunday- Eggplant parm and linguini, warm bread and butter.
Monday- 4th of July BBQ
Tuesday- Roasted chicken, spanish rice and green peas.
Wednesday- Sausage and peppers and onions on rolls w/ tomato salad on the side.
Thursday- Going out.
Friday- Hamburgers on buns , green salad.
Saturday- Going out to a Broadway show and to dinner at Capital Grill in NYC.

Sunday: Grilled Chicken Breasts with portobello mushrooms, roasted peppers & melted mozz on keiser rolls, salad
Monday: We had a BBQ - hot dogs, hamburgers, green salad, corn on the cob, baked beans
Tuesday: Baked Bruchetta Chicken, Grilled Asparagus, Dinner Rolls
Wednesday: Grilled London Broil, Corn on the Cob, Wild Mushroom Sautee, Baked Potatoes
Thursday: Turkey London Broil, Yellow Rice, SUgar Snap Peas from my garden, Salad
Friday: My birthday! Going out with my parents!
Saturday: Last meal before C Section --- not sure yet!
Sunday: Liquids, LOL.
