cheesecake stuffed strawberries question
I am making them tonight, for tomorrow. Should I just cover them with foil, or put in an air-tight container? Thanks

i would make the filling and prepare the strawberris but not fill them til the morning. i made them last weekend and i made them early in the morning and by after dinner they were ok....but just starting to get a touch soggy. i had them in air tight container.

wish I would have seen this sooner! Already made...I just wrapped in foil....I was thinking an air tight container might hold moisture in, and make them soggy...but I really have no clue...we shall see!

I wrapped them in saran wrap in the AM and served after dinner and they were a bit soggy. I don't think I would wrap them at all.

I just lightly covered them with foil. They were fine tonight...HUGE HUGE hit!!!
