If you are looking for mortgage help--great rec!
I have been posting so much on the home board and just wanted to say a special thank you to jteach for recommending her husband to me.
Her husband Stephen works for Wells Fargo as a Home Mortgage Consultant. He has been so helpful in making me understand the pre-approval, mortgage, and home buying process.
Me and my DH started out 100% clueless and now I feel very confident in where we stand and what to do next in the process.
He didn't mind when I called him with 100 questions, talked in easy to understand language AND was verrry honest about what we can afford, and what we should or should not do.
Not sure if I can post his info here but Id be happy to fwd it to anyone who asks.
Thanks again jteach and to everyone who has been so helpful!!!

If anyone wants to loan me 500K that would be great
