jWhat are some things I can make with the following items?
We're goin to be moving in the next week. I don't want to go food shopping this week- I'd rather use up what we have (therefore less to move from fridge to fridge!)
I know there are recipe builders where you can type in what you have, but I figured I'd first pick your brains.
Here are some of the items I have:
-1lb ground beef -frozen seafood mix (shrimp, calmari & scallops) -instant brown rice -whole wheat elbows (a little less than a full package- already cooked) -shredded cheddar cheese -shredded mexican cheese -2 8oz packages of philadelphia cream cheese -pizza dough -chicken sausage -1 green pepper - 1/2 onion -about 4 oz fat free cottage cheese -about 4 oz of reduced fat sour cream -salsa
I'd love to get rid of the refridgerated items- its just less to move! Any recipes? (I'm willing to buy an extra ingredient here and there- but these are some staples I have around that I wouldn't mind getting rid of!)
Thanks!!

beef, cheeses and sour cream scream tacos or a taco bake/dip/casserole!
can you sautee up the seafood with garlic, EVOO, lemon, and serve over the pasta? or the sausage instead? or both, why not?! haha
pizza with sauteed sausage and peppers and onions on it it some of the cheese... mmm, this one got me hungry!

How about a taco pizza? Ground beef, seasonings, peppers, onions, sour cream, and salsa...and plenty of cheese!

Re: jWhat are some things I can make with the following items?
2 things come to mind.
Seafood Paella over brown rice or noodles
and definitely Taco night with the ground beef, cheese and sour cream
You could also pull out a cheese cake for dessert

Re: jWhat are some things I can make with the following items?
id make chicken sausage, with peppers and onions and a side of pasta
-chicken sausage -1 green pepper - 1/2 onion -whole wheat elbows
id use these ingredients to make tacos
-1lb ground beef -shredded cheddar cheese -shredded mexican cheese -about 4 oz of reduced fat sour cream -salsa
id use the below to do seafood in a creamy sauce
frozen seafood mix (shrimp, calmari & scallops) 2 8oz packages of philadelphia cream cheese -instant brown rice
ETA you can also do a gumbo over rice!
