question about todays appointment
i just went to the dr. Thursday and was not dilated...they told me i was on the waiting list for an appt. this week. today I'm 38 weeks and they said they can fit me in today at 3:30. do you think its a waste for me to go this soon after my last appt? does it even matter at this point? should i try to reschedule or just leave it be bc the babys gonna come on his own schedule anyway?

I would go, just because I am always so anxious to go to another appt to hear the heartbeat and make sure everything is ok. Also, you could be dilating even though you werent a few days ago. I would be too curious to not go. If you dont go today, can you go another day this week? I think weekly appts towards the end are the norm and pretty important.

i agree with you completely...just kinda figured if my last appt was at the end of the week they would make my next one mid to late in the week so i'd have a full week to possibly progress. but ur right...I'm too curious not to go and its not like i'm busy so why not.
