want to cry today..minor update!

i might sound like a big baby but I am having a rough time today and just feel like I want to cry.

my back has been hurting since early on, but the past couple weeks my entire body just hurts all the time. My back, my belly, etc. I asked my dr and she said it was normal bc everything is growing and stretching so fast with twins and I am a small person to begin with, but I am seriously so miserable and I am only 21w. I don't know how I am going to make it to the end

on top of that I am so stressed out about where we are going to live. We currently live in Manhattan, but were planning to move upstate (about 1 hr from the city) so we are closer to my family. Our lease is up at the end of July and we haven't found a place. We are looking to rent for the first year and have gone to see a bunch of places, but so far we can't find anything decent. Either it is too small, too far, to expensive or they don't accept pets. Ugh...I am just really getting worried bc I want to know that I have a nice place where we will bring the babies home.

sorry i am just having a blah day and needed to vent.

minor update:
my mood is looking up a little! This afternoon I found a listing on craigslist for a Townhouse community that seemed perfect. The price seemed reasonable and it has everything we have been looking for! I thought it had to be too good to be true or probably wasn't available anymore but it all seems legit and they have units available for August 1st which is when we need to move. I am getting really excited about it! DH is a little unsure bc it's still a little further away from his office than we wanted, but otherwise it is perfect so I think he will get on board. My mom lives nearby so she is gonna go look at it for us and let us know if it is as nice as in the pics! I hope it works out bc it would be a perfect place!

update 2: ugh nm my mom went there and said it looks gross and really run down. she said the pictures are definitely lying. i knew it was too good to be true.

Lots of for you!

We all have those blah days... it will pass. And just know that everything WILL work out in the end and you will one day be living in the place you're meant to live with a beautiful family and days like this will be a distant memory!

That may not help too much this very moment... but that's what chocolate and ice cream are for!

I've had one break down this pregnancy, and you're mentally & physically exhausted.

I'm sorry, I totally feel you and I hope it all works out!!

I was ready to cry this morning on the way to work... Darn hormones!! My b-day is Wednesday and I don't feel like doing anything, but I don't want anyone to listen to me and forget it too. LOL! I'm sure a loser!

I'm exhausted with my toddler and 38 weeks pregnant, everything hurts, my butt is getting bigger, I want my house cleaned, I have so much to do b4 the baby is here, etc... I was almost in tears on the way to work. Ugh!

So sorry you are feeling this way...we do all have days like that, but it doesn't really make them s@ck any less!

If it helps, I can relate. My knee is so screwed up that if I sit for more than 10 minutes, I have to stand up and stay there for a few minutes before I can even move (limp)...and if I stand for too long it starts throbbing. At 22 weeks, I keep thinking it's gonna be a long 4 more months!

And, I understand the housing thing. We are renting a family home now, but it is for sale...I am so scared that they will get a buyer right before I have and we'll be trying to hunt for a place to come home to while i'm 36+ weeks pregnant.

But take a deep breath and just take one thing at a time...it will all work out in the end!! And vent away wheneve you need to!

I'm so sorry.. I know how you feel.. I'm 32 weeks with twins and my back and knee are killing me.. I haven't slept well in weeks.. all I can think of is that we will both get through it and it will be so worth it in the end

Hang in there! It's a lot of stress being pregnant AND moving!


I've had some backaches too, but I found something that worked for me yesterday. We did a Lamaze class, and the instructor saw I was getting uncomfortable, and had brought one of those blow-up exercise balls. She let me sit on it and it was AMAZING. The tension felt like it was gone from my lower back. They're only $15 at Target from what she was saying, and she had the 65 cm one. I'm going to get one over the weekend!

Hang in there!!! It's tough when your living situation is in flux and your expecting a baby..no less two. We had a similar situation when I was prgnant with Ds#1. Just cry and vent all will work out in the end

everyone has days like that... that was me yesterday.... just keep telling urself it is all worth it in the end!

I know, stressful situations just seem that much more stressful when you are pregnant. I have a breakdown every few days at this point! I am more than ready to be done with being pregnant but I have 3 more weeks to go. I hope everything works out for you!!!

oh GOOD LUCK with the new place you found!! I hope it's perfect and you get the place! that will for sure take a load of stress off you.

I'm sorry about all the pain. I understand being in pain like that. I don't have twins.. but around 20w I couldn't walk for weeks and weeks due to a terrible case of round ligament pain. i really couldn't do anything!! Everything hurt.

hopefully the pain goes away for you. I'm sorry.
