one of the nurses at my dr's office handed me samples, she said take these at night before you go to bed. at the following visit i asked the doctor and she said it really doesnt matter.
ETA - i know they say that if they make u feel sick its better at night to take them.

I was told it doesn't matter. I take mine at night before bed bc otherwise they make me a bit nauseous.

I take mine at night, you can take it anytime you'd like...I take it at night b/c in the morning it would make me more nauseous..

I take mine with breakfast. My nurse actually suggested to take them at lunch if you have a weak stomach - she said it's good to have 2 meals coating your stomach. I guess dinner would be even better with that logic!

Yes! I used to take mine in the morning after brushing my teeth until they started making me queesy. So now I take them before bed instead.

The nurse told me to- I wait till about two hours after I've eaten, and I haven't had a problem.
