help! poked myself with stupid follistim needle
after my injection, i was trying to get the needle off the pen and somehow poked my thumb with it. my thumb bled for a second and has a little dot now. will i be ok? can anything bad happen?
i'm such an idiot with these injections

you poked yourself so you cant really give yourself anything kwim? just wash and apply alcohol swab or such..and yups i always do that with the follistim needle!

whew! thank god i'm not alone. i figured i couldn't really contaminate myself with germs from myself but i'm such a hypochodriac i would've been up all night thinking crazy thoughts! i'm such a schmuck sometimes  thanks for responding

I did it with lovenex one day trying to put the top back on to the needle. I was fine.

this made my day! so awesome.
the funny thing is, when i poked myself i freaked out a little but then thought "maybe a little bit more of the follistim will be a good thing"
