insurance help (questions) - prescription was called into 2 places

so i was having krupners deliver my meds tomorrow and i got them at rite aide tonight instead. they said insurance wouldnt cover it bc it was already called into krupners.

we paid the 200 bucks but my questions is - how do i get the money back, lol?
do i call krupners and cancel it? return the box when it comes??

Cancel with kraupners. You can't return medication once it has been picked up or shipped/delivered. Even if it has not been opened. This is either a federal or state law. Or you can always purchase it and save it for a later cycle, or possibly exchange it with someone at a later date (i.e. med swap)?

Just call Kraupners to cancel and they will give you a credit for what you paid.

Isn't it delivered by someone the same day? If that is the case, I would call again.
