IVF - Dr. B/Batzofin - Oxford Ins.
We've exhausted our IVF coverage with GHI and we are now using my husband's Oxford coverage. Has anyone cycle with Dr. B since he's been using Dr. Batzofin that has used Oxford? If you don't mind sharing, I'd love to know what your out of pocket cost was and how much their contracted rate with Oxford is. In other words, how much was deducted from your lifetime benefits?
