therapy
Has anyone gone to speak with a professional about their feelings with infertility? If so has it helped , Im thinking it may be time to speak with someone , I feel miserable all the time .. Also can anyone recommend someone.

I didn't speak with some regarding IF, but I went to marriage counseling and I have continued to apply the strategies I learned from the therapist even after my divorce. Just some things that help me live life better, you know? FM me if you want the name.
I hope things get easier!
