I totally want to make these for my sons christening...how far in advance do you think I can make them?

i made them thursday night, and saved three for a co-worker (who is a strawberry addict lol). she had them about lunch time and they were perfect
so i say you can make them the night before. just make sure that you dry your strawberries well before putting it all together. wet strawberries decompose quicker than dry strawberries
