Hardwood floors
My grandmother has hardwood floors in her house that need to be refinished. My family and I are looking to having them redone (along with other renovations) for her birthday. It would be 3 rooms and a hallway. Does any one know a ballpark figure for this?

I used Aliperti & Sons (and was completely thrilled with the results and their professionalism) and it was $2.50/square foot. If you want a stain (which we did in one room) it's an additional $1/square foot.
