MIL is in charge of dessert.

Doing it easy and just BBQ'ing. I'm due in a few weeks so nothing too crazy and everyone is pitching in...

We're having a BBQ but a lot of family members are bringing dishes also

-empanadas (SIL is making)

hotdogs and burgers
Fried chicken
Grilled steak
Potato salad
Rice and Beans
Seafood salad
Corn on the cob
Roasted asparagus
Maybe eggplant parm if I have time
Dessert
Fruit trifle
SIL is bringing another dessert
We usually buy a large piece of salmon and marinate it in teriyaki sauce and grill, its always a hit but we've had it the last 2 BBQs so we're making chicken instead

It will just be 4 adults and my two kids this year. We are doing:
- shrimp cocktail
- stuffed mushrooms (MIL)
- guacamole/chips (possibly, if I have time to make the guac on Saturday)
- Lobster tails with clarified butter
- Salt potatoes
- Corn on the cob
- Grilled garlic bread
- Hayley's s'mores brownies 
- cheesecake strawberries
