I believe that you are then diagnosed with gestational diabetes and will go see a dietian to set up a diet designed to help keep insulin levels down.
I a lot of women fail their one hour test and pass the 3 hour with no problems. I am one of them. Sometimes, your body's metabolism isn't right the day you take the test.
