We do and I use it just about once a month! (we have a very messy pup with very light carpeting) We have the Hoover Platinum Carpet Cleaner and it is AMAZING!!! Carpets look brand new every time.

I just got this one by
Hoover at Amazon
I LOVE it. It's easy to put together and use. It picked up all the stains...food stains, pet stains, regular wear and tear. The carpets practically look brand new. The rugs dried quickly...in about an hour or two. It comes with attachments to clean upholstery and stairs but I haven't used that yet. The body of the machine is mostly plastic so I don't know how durable this machine will be in the long run but it exceeds my expectations especially at this price point.

Hoover Steam Vac is the way to go! I use mine monthly b/c of the kids and it does a fabulous job even on tough stains!
