OK so now that we've gutted the front and back and have dirt and weeds
Do we plant some grass? Seed or sod? Put mulch down in the front...I love the look of red mulch or does it get messy??? Would love to hear and see what everyone else has done!!!
We have a circular driveway so not a lot of rooom for grass, if anything we have room for grass on both sides of the house/front and obviously the back yard as well...
Would love to hear thoughts!!!

We just ripped up our whole front and back as well. We only have about 1/8 of an acre though. We put down a few bales of peat moss, then seed starter and seed. Within about two weeks it's looking great!

thanks! we don't have a lot of property as well! I'm going to try that in the back!
