DH is grilling steak tonight...
Last time we grilled steak I made a horseradish cream sauce to go with it. I need new ideas for tonight!
Will probably serve it with roasted carrots...

yum!
I usually like carmelized onions with my steak cooked with a little white wine.
Also chimi churi, its an Argentinian condiment.
Parsley, cilantro, fresh garlic, vinegar, olive oil.
so good!!

it depends on the steak and how it's seasoned but I love
hanger/skirt/flank steak with guacamole or chirmole or both. (it's sort of a chimi churi with tomatoes)
recently I made some chive butter and put that on top of grilled ny strips. 
you could also do a nice salsa verde...I would do olive oil, parsely or cilantro, garlic, a bit of vinegar, salt and pepper.
