Disney and WiFi
I have an app on my IPod that gives you wait times fir rides but you need Internet access. Does anyone know if Disney has free WiFi? Do you need to put in a guest password?

They don't have free anything at Disney and I am pretty sure WiFi isn't even available in the parks.
Certain resorts have WiFi in their public areas but it's 9.95 per 24 hour period to use it. According to Disboards, quite a few people bring their own wireless routers...you might be able to pick up a signal like that but it won't help you in the parks.

If you have a data plan on your phone, you can use the app in the parks.

This. Disney doesn't offer free wi-fi.
I think they may offer wifi now in *some* of the public areas of the resorts, but it's a paid service.
They do have in room access (I believe it's only wired though) that is I think $9.95 a day - free for DVC members.
