Do you refrigerate Lupron after opening it?
Once you open Lupron and use it for the first time, do you then refrigerate it or keep in at room temp?

Mine wasn't delivered cold. I got it delivered room temperature. Should it have been refrigerated all this time??

I would check with your RE mine was not refridgerated when it was delivered but i was instructed to put it in the fridge after first dosing. Good luck!
Are you using it to trigger or are you using it to supress your system for an IVF cycle?

I put it in the refrigerator after first opening it, first dose. Hopefully it is okay.

It will be fine it shouldn't go over 77 degrees so if you keep it in the fridge or some where cool it will be fine.

Yes, refrigerate it! It comes not refrigerated but it should be refrigerated once opened.
