can i do anything to avoid more weight gain?
I am gaining a lot since starting treatments. Anything I can do to avoid it?
Since our first FET in January I have already gained 10 lbs and I am disgusted with myself.

Stop eating...sorry I could not resist that one!!!!
Seriously though, I had lost 14lbs before my last cycle (the weight I had gained when IF started) and I was on every drug I could think of and I was sure I was going to gain weight and I stuck with Weight Watchers and I did not gain a pound (worked out hard up until ET). Within the 2 weeks after the failed cycle ended (chemical) I ate everything in site and put back half of it. Now a few months later, just got back on scale and the rest came back on. I think its hard to loose when your are depressed. But, if you can weigh/measure your food, pick better options etc.... stay away from simple sugars and just not beat yourself up over it, you might not gain more. Weight Watcher and exercise really does work. But I was determined and I had a cycle in the future that was my goal. I wish you tons of luck, as today I vowed to find the strength to loose the weight I gained!!!!

Re: can i do anything to avoid more weight gain?
Thanks for thr input. I hear you. I havr Bernard dieting and exercising since starting treatments but as soon as I start BCP or injectables, I blow up and stay that way. Im not an emotional eater - the opposite even - so I do not think that's the cause.
Could metformin be he culprit? It seems like síncrona I started, any weight will just pack on and not come off. I do Not have PCOS that any tests can confirm, butDr B. Says my body acts like it does.
Thanks for sharing with me though. Its so hard to handle this on top if everything else, it makes me wonder why my body just can't get anything right!
