WE ARE IN CONTRACT
After walking away (after 6 months) from the coop we were trying to buy b/c of the sellers bank causing problem after problem (plus it was a short sale), we are now in full contract on a house!
Never though this day would come,but Im so happy that we will be getting out of our 1 bedroom basement apartment in a couple of months...especially since today is my Due Date, so we will have a LO arriving any day now!!!
