how much eggplant/cheese for 1/2 tray?
For eggplant parm, anyobe know how much eggplant and cheese i need for a 1/2 tray? I will prob be making two 1/2 trays if its feasable

I don't know in terms of trays. but to make it in a 13X9 pyrex casserole dish, I use 2 large eggplants, or 3 small and one package of mozzarella (i think those are 16 ounces).
