Lentil is the only soup that I can make a meal out of... usually i need bread or a sandwich or salad or something with it!

Brothy soups I usually serve with some sort of pasta or noodle and crusty bread...its is a whole meal in and of itself. Same goes for lentil. I had been making potato leek soup and would serve that with chicken or tuna salad (for the protein).

It's the meal for us. It has protein, starch and fats. I usually serve with homemade biscuits or Italian bread and a salad.
