Help me find these pants?

You can hardly see them in this picture, but I'm interested in the pants in the bottom left of this image - the woman with the bag covering her midsection. I imagine them to be gathered around the waist with a sash and somewhat bunchy. J. Crew has them in white linen or indigo, but I don't want linen . . . any ideas? So far I've just checked J. Crew and Bloomies. TIA!

i think i remember seeing some higherwaisted slaks in Victoria Secret catalogue. maybe check their site?

ann taylor or talbots also comes to mind to carry something like that?
